Fiona Christianne Dourif is an American actress and producer. She is best known for portraying Dr. Cassie McKay in the HBO Max medical drama series The Pitt (2025–present), for which she was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series and won, alongside the cast, an Actor's Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.
