Steven Michael Robert Howey is an American actor. He was previously best known for his roles as Van Montgomery on The WB/The CW sitcom television series Reba and Kevin Ball on the Showtime series Shameless. He is currently playing Captain Nick Wagner on the ABC series High Potential.
