Donal Francis Logue is a Canadian-American film and television actor. He played the starring role of Sean Finnerty on the sitcom Grounded for Life (2001–05), and Detective Harvey Bullock on the DC Comics adaptation Gotham (2014–19). He is also known for playing flight nurse Chuck Martin on ER (2003–05), Lee Toric on Sons of Anarchy (2012–13), Horik on Vikings (2013–14), and the recurring role of Lt.
