Lee Benjamin Rowley is a British management consultant and former politician who served as chief of staff to the Leader of the Opposition between November 2024 and July 2025. He previously served as Minister of State for Housing, Planning and Building Safety from November 2023 to July 2024. A member of the Conservative Party, he was the Member of Parliament (MP) for North East Derbyshire from 2017 to 2024. He previously served as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Local Government and Building Safety between October 2022 and November 2023.
